Dream Journal
Each person is encouraged to keep a dream diary, that is, a record of your dream as soon as you wake and a brief note of events from the day.
On a chosen night, this is reviewed, and some notes are written about any important events of the preceding day.
Then the person concentrates upon a specific matter with which he or she is concerned, before falling asleep.
In due course, they find they are able to control their dreams or at least understand them enough to be able to make better choices in daily life when dealing with things.
Some people may even be able to Lucid dream and try out different solutions to their problems.
